The Be Free Campaign is a mental health charity that aims to give people the tools they need to look after their mental health and wellbeing in order to live happier more fulfilling lives.
Our ethos stems from our founders mission to improve the system around mental health care, break down the stigma that exists which reduces access to support and health services, as well as work with schools, universities and community organisations empowering change and improvement to mental health curriculums.
